Sandals You Can Run In
question of footwear (sandals to athletics)?
I’m trying to write a description of the features of my story and the character I’m writing is known for wearing sandals all the time. It occurred to me that this can not be the best shoes for my character, because he is part of the military, and so it ends up doing a lot of running, jumping, etc. I like to keep this as his signature shoe of all kinds, but which require some type shoes or running … Is there something? A sandal that can be used to run everything without jumping around and if not where?, Where there should be a strap or buckle that could secure Sandal sole? If I had known this, I could say my character changed by a pair of sandals for running. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
A pair of Tevas or Chacos probably fit your characters. Both are easy to run in and jump and stuff.

Small cities like Cork can be both easy and difficult to store, but if your time shopping first time in Cork can be quite hard to find the things you want in one place. For buyers from the main street, there are plenty of places to look, for example, Oliver Plunkett Street, Grand Parade, Paul Merchants Quay Street and many more. The main streets are filled with many different and unique shops that also have price low for the budget traveler bound and high value for the rich tourist.
Cork also has many markets, one being the Coal Quay market, selling things like clothes, CDs, shoes etc. Also, one of the many food markets is the English Market Cork. This is good for people in the local area and people from further away, because it can pick up good quality fresh food.
Mahon Point Shopping Centre, one of the popular shopping centers Cork also has street stores and department stores like Debenhams. Mahon Point Shopping Centre has a cinema with 13 cinemas. The Mahon Point Shopping Centre also with restaurants, leisure facilities and cafeterias. The opening hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 to 19:00, Thursday to Friday from 9:30 to 21:00, Saturdays 9:30 to 19:00 Sundays / Bank Holidays 11 am-6 pm. In Mahon Point Shopping Centre, there are plenty of places to eat, Bagel bar, coffee and muffins ammunition, O'Brien Sandwich Bar, KFC, McDonalds fruit and Boost.

The opening hours of the mall itself are, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 2-6pm.
Also Cork, Wilton Shopping Centre. This mall has over 65 stores and is only 10 minutes from downtown. A big advantage is that the mall has Wilton Free parking and not enough space for 1000 cars. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday 09 am-7 pm, Thursday to Friday from 9-9 pm, Sat 09 am-7 pm, Sun 12 noon, 18:00. Wilton mall has many trendy shops, for example, wear, Shoes BM, Jean Scene and Primark. Health and beauty shops Wilton Mall is Boots, Nature's Way, Beauty Salon, Pharmacy O'Sullivan and Jeff Devine Hair Group.
