Boots Buckles And Spurs
What Shoes To Wear When At Work?
I stand on my feet all day…usually 12 hours at least…..with only a 30 minute break for lunch when I can sit down.
The floor is hard, ungiving cement and we will not be considering covering it up with padding anytime soon. So, what type of work shoe or boot might help me? Both of my knees are seriously buckling on me and I have a painful heel “spur” on my left leg. I am 60 something years old and have no chronic medical problems…until now. And, yes, I could definitely afford to lose a few lbs!
I would appreciate hearing from working people like me who are on their feet all day…maybe nurses, hair stylists, physical therapists, etc.
